At Luxury Market, your satisfaction is our top priority. In accordance with Articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code and the European regulation in force since June 19, 2026, you benefit from a right of withdrawal and legal guarantees on all your purchases.
1. Right of Withdrawal – 14 Days
You have a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify your decision or pay any penalty.
If the deadline expires on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it is extended to the next working day.
2. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
Since June 19, 2026, in accordance with the new European regulation, you may withdraw easily and free of charge by any of the following means:
- Online via our "Withdraw from the contract here" button, permanently available on our website throughout the entire withdrawal period;
- By e-mail to: contact@luxury-market.fr;
- By postal mail to our customer service address, using the standard withdrawal form available for download at the bottom of this page.
Upon receipt of your request, an acknowledgment of receipt on a durable medium (e-mail or PDF) will be sent to you without delay, indicating the content, date and time of your request.
3. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it, and must also be in its original packaging and must not have been worn for hygiene reasons.
In addition:
- All original tags must be attached;
- The item must not have been washed, modified or damaged;
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective or non-conforming product;
- No restocking fee is applied.
4. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply, in particular, to:
- Personalized or made-to-order items;
- Items unsealed after delivery that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (underwear, swimwear without hygienic protection, earrings, etc.);
- Final Sale items, except in the case of a manufacturing defect or non-conformity covered by the legal guarantee.
5. Return Process – Step by Step
- Declare your withdrawal via the "Withdraw from the contract here" button, by e-mail or by postal mail.
- Receive our acknowledgment of receipt and return instructions (shipping address, return authorization number).
- Carefully pack the item in its original packaging with all its tags.
- Ship the parcel within a maximum period of 14 days from your withdrawal request, to the address provided by our customer service.
- Keep proof of shipment until the refund is effective.
6. Refunds
- The refund is made no later than 14 days after the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. However, we may defer this refund until we have recovered the item or until you have provided proof of shipment — whichever comes first.
- The refund is made using the same payment method as the one used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; it will not incur any costs for you.
- In the event of depreciation of the value of the item resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and proper functioning of the item, your liability may be engaged.
7. Legal Guarantees
Regardless of the right of withdrawal, you benefit from:
- The legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L.217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code); and
- The guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code);
allowing the replacement or refund of defective or non-conforming products.
